SlittingHZ-FT-1600*2-SS-003
Precision double-slitter line
Turns master coils into precisely sized strips. Two slitter heads let one set of knives run while the next is set up.
- Material thickness
- 0.3–2.5 mm
- Coil weight
- ≤ 15 t
11 line types for slitting, cut-to-length and combined processing. Every line is built to your coil width, thickness range and output, and run in our factory before it ships.
SlittingHZ-FT-1600*2-SS-003
Turns master coils into precisely sized strips. Two slitter heads let one set of knives run while the next is set up.
Slitting1400 series
For thin stainless, cold-rolled and galvanized coil where strip width tolerance and clean edges matter. AC drive and a Taiwan-derived slitter design.
Slitting1400 series
Slits galvanized and coated coil into strips, with a belt tension unit ahead of the recoiler to protect the surface.
Slitting1600 series
A heavier frame and larger arbors for wide coil up to 15 t, running stainless, hot-rolled, cold-rolled and galvanized steel.
SlittingThick plate series
Slits plate coil from 3 to 16 mm, with a rigid knife stand and heavy pinch and straightening rolls ahead of it.
SlittingHZ-850
A compact line for aluminum, copper and steel coil. Can be combined with a cut-to-length section.
Cut-to-lengthHZP-1600*3-SS-010
Levels coil and cuts it into sheets with a rotary shear, then stacks them. Built around the 1600 series.
Cut-to-length1600 series
Cuts sheets on the move, so the strip keeps running between cuts. For middle-gauge coil and long sheets.
Cut-to-length1400 series
A compact leveler and cross-cutting shear for thin coil, with a roller table that carries the sheets out.
Cut-to-length1650 series
Levels thicker coil with a precision leveler and cuts it into flat plates.
Combination
Levels, slits and cuts to length on one line, for plants that need both strip and sheet from the same coil.
The material decides the knives, the tension system and the surface protection. These are the details we ask for first.
| Material | Tell us |
|---|---|
| Stainless steel | Grade, surface finish, protective film |
| Carbon and cold-rolled steel | Thickness range, yield strength, output per shift |
| Galvanized and coated steel | Coating type, surface protection, strip edge quality |
| Aluminum and copper | Alloy, temper, burr tolerance |
Material, thickness, coil width and weight, and the strip or sheet you need. That is enough to start.
